igg's start

Post by igg » Wed Jul 01, 2009 4:20 pm

Just started on Monday with L1D1 -- Did 41 rounds with modified pull up. Will do D2 tomorrow morning. D1 kicked my butt. My 12 year old son started Monday with me. Great to do this with someone!

See you Thursday! :?

With 40+ rounds on D1, I'm certain you'll be below 5 min on D3. Keep it up!

I agree with zorg. In fact, jump up to L3 for your test day on Friday and see how you do.

Alright, I've been REALLY slack. I restarted today and got 42 rounds on L1D1. I will get my next workout in on Thursday!!!!

A little more info about me. I am 42 years old, 170 lbs, out of shape, office job. My goal is to be able to do 10 consecutive pullups in 4 months (Nov 22!)
