I am now on my second week on level two. I am 62 years old with cad. I think I am doing pretty well. Up to 35 reps for day one, 4min 50 sec day 2 and 2 min 55 sec day three. Hoever, I just realized that day two protocol calls for three minute rest between sets. I have not been resting between sets. Just wondering why the rest periods between sets.
