in my younger days i was quite a gym freak which showed some good resluts, so i would suggest some wieght training. by doing weights, you be able to isolate and concentrate on a specific muscle. you'll also be able to do various excercises for a specific muscle, e.g. for you pecs (chest) you can do bench press, peck deck, fly's, etc. all of these excercises concentrate only on your chest, which will show good results in time.
