ok i just started yah yah but i was wondering inthe sf workout theres nothing about abbs what are we supposed to strenghten those up??

Welcome to sf!

Don't worry about your abs. If you follow the sf routine, your abs will get a surprising amount of work without anything else

ianjb is absolutely right. When I first started I was surprised how sore my abs were after lots of reps of pushups. Holding your body in a plank position isn't as easy as it looks and requires lots of ab work.
