So far, so good. This looks like a good site. I was doing some Dan John and CF type barbell and metcon stuff over the summer. I like SF because it's harder to justify skipping it. Plus, it's getting dark outside and it's easier to do inside.
9/30 L3D1: 24 rds, 1st 10 in 7:30, 2nd 10 in 8:00, 4 in 4:15
10/2 L3D2: 13:25 on continuous clock starting each round at 0 min, 3 min, 6 min, 9 min, 12 min
10/6 L3D3: 5:45 as rx'd
10/8 L3D1: 29 rds, 1st 10 in 6:45, 2nd 10 in 6:40, switched to chins for last 9 in 6:15 (R shoulder was sore)
I plan to still do sandbag and barbell workouts on weeks I don't do SF. Has anybody tried using a weighted backpack or weight vest? I'm thinking about doing alternating weeks: SF@bw, SF+20# (at a lower level), SF@bw, sandbag + dumbbell stuff (lunges, thrusters, power clean + press, OHS), rest.
