Ok, that's 10 week's records entered and brings me up to date. Looking at the above list makes it look like not very much work, but everyone of those individual entries is a tough old slog, which I'm sure you're all well aware of. I'm finding pushups to be the toughest to get through, with long/frequent rest periods on the D3 set of pushups. Hopefully they'll get easier.
On the whole though, I'm very happy with the progress so far. The numbers above speak for themselves, and there's a significant improvement reflected back out of the mirror!
