Back on track with bad numbers and a lot of improvement to do again...
Week 4/5 L4
Day1 26 rounds -New personal record, 2 more than last week.
But it was a small joy knowing i had to remove a tooth from inside my jaw bone in just a few hours
So.... After a week on antibiotics and painkillers...
(you should have seen my swollen face lol)
Day2 7:02 - Dont misunderstand the time. Form, especially on squats was terrible.
And so the judgement day wasn't kind to me.
Feels like having to start all over again
Especially after the 5:02 of 2 weeks ago it really sucks
But i haven't lost motivation, see you next week with a terrible progress again
