tracking your progress

Another thing to think about for those concerned about losing fat. Doing these workouts will convert some of your fat to muscle so you may be losing more fat that the scale will tell you. I would suggest that you measure your middle at the umbilicus for a more accurate way of tracking your progress.

Cheers

Once a fair amount of strength/muscle mass is achieved you can churn through these workouts fast and and that will require allot of oxygen, especially the Monday workout becomes quite aerobic.

If you dont have a tape measure that wraps around... if you are not losing but your pants are getting looser you are still burning that fat keep it up!
