I've been on level 2 now for three weeks, and I can perform day 3 in less than 5 minutes. BUT, that is not doing proper pullups. I can use the handles on my door gym, or do negative pullups, or Australian pullups, but "real" pullups (or chinups) I'm limited to two so far.
So my question is, should I continue on to level 3, continuing to do pullup alternatives, or wait until I can do the pullups?
I'm currently at 221 lbs, started at 232 at the beginning of the year.
