L6D2 Just did it in 4'43
Waddaya know... I actually beat 5minutes when I thought it wasn't possible. Thanks for the encouragement cheapo!
But I was doing this quite furiously already, and managed to do each set in about 56 seconds... The total number of reps of L6D2 is 57 (6+19+32). This basically means 1 rep per second at pretty much a furious pace. In fact form may have been sacrificed somewhat since I was going all out. I really cant imagine doing day 2 level 7 (72 reps per set) under 5minutes, and even more so level 8 (80 reps per set).
Has anyone actually done it?
