Did it in 4'45 just last night! ;)

D2 is a good prep for D3.
Typically, I don't beat D3 until I get D2 under 5 as well.

6'00" is pretty close to 5'00"!

You're moving fast.

Thanks for the encouragement cheapo. Yeah I'm really pleased with how Im seeing results. But I suppose my progress will slow down a bit now that im at level 6.

Did L6D1 just now. 21 sets (one better than last week) :-)

L6D2 Just did it in 4'43

Waddaya know... I actually beat 5minutes when I thought it wasn't possible. Thanks for the encouragement cheapo!

But I was doing this quite furiously already, and managed to do each set in about 56 seconds... The total number of reps of L6D2 is 57 (6+19+32). This basically means 1 rep per second at pretty much a furious pace. In fact form may have been sacrificed somewhat since I was going all out. I really cant imagine doing day 2 level 7 (72 reps per set) under 5minutes, and even more so level 8 (80 reps per set).

Has anyone actually done it?

D3 L6 4'39

Feel great! Now I can move up to Level 7, but first I go down to Level 3 as a rest week.

I always think I should take a rest week after leveling up, but I never do, because I feel the need to solidify my status at the new level by jumping right into the new workouts!

Level 7...and so quickly!
Congratulations.

Thanks Cheapo. I know what you mean about wanting to go to the next level right away and not rest. But I figured that Im in no rush :-)

Just did my L3D1 as rest and did 42 sets. Its so cool to see how much easier it is. When I was legitimately in L3 I only managed 23 sets.
