I've actually been doing the program with the sit-ups for a few weeks now, and it seems to work really well, so I think I'm gonna stick with it, even though it isn't nescessary. :)
It's adding a bit more to my time obviously, so do you have any suggestion on when I should move up a level? I know it's 5 minutes without the sit-ups.
