L4D2 - ugh! 10:45. I was shocked it took me that long, I thought maybe 6-8 minutes tops. I was pretty disappointed with my time and also really tired. Should probably focus more on what I'm eating.
My left wrist is still sore so I wrapped it up for exercising, it slowed me some but not a lot.

I know you've been sick, and wondering whether you should come back to Level 4 or drop down to Level 3.
I say Level 4 is where you belong. You'll be flirting with Level 5 in no time!

Re: jselig log
Was sick for a week and I actually missed working out. I'm not totally over the cold but decided to give it a shot yesterday.
L4D1 - 23 rounds
Not bad, I was on pace for 27 rounds but at the 16-17 minute mark I really slowed down. I think I was completely healthy I would have gotten to 27. Still it's better than the previous week; I was surprised to be honest.

L4D2 - 8:58
L4D3 - 5:15
D3 is a bit misleading, to me anyhow, because I did some of the pull-ups and pushups assisted. I won't be happy until I can do the entire series straight through unassisted under 5min. I expect my time to go up next week for D3.

Missed the past 2 weeks, it was really bugging me, so with no guests for a few days I am back at it.
L4D1 - 28 reps (19:44)
Felt good, and tiring. Might have been able to hit 30 with no distraction. I am noticing the difference, but am kicking myself for having so many gaps in exercising since I started. I wanted better results by now, but that's just my own personal thing.

New year, so I decided to start back at L1 for the heck of it. Still trying to decide if I'll just skip to L3 next week or go through L2 again.
L1D1 - 43 rounds

L2D1 - 38 rounds. I was hoping to break 40, ah well.
I feel so good tonight after it, I'm enjoying working back up from the bottom again. I'm not keeping a log of D2 and D3 until I get back to L4.

L3 D1 - 31 rounds. I wanted to hit 30, but it's only a 4 rep improvement over the first time I did L3. :/
I am going to track this week before moving to L4 just to see my own progress.

Re: jselig log
I forgot to post in here the past 2 weeks.
Week before last I took a break week, last week I did 35 reps and did D3 in 3:42.
Today I did L4D1 - 25 reps. I thought that wasn't too bad until I looked at my previous L4D1 from last year and was disappointed I didn't surpass it. Oh well, next week!

L4D3 - 4:45
I was surprised I got it in under 5min. It's a 30 second improvement over where I was in the fall. I did however to assisted pushups for the last 12 or so, and mixed in 3 chin ups with the pull ups. I feel as though I cheated it a bit, so I am going to stick to L4 until I can do a more complete set.

Re: jselig log
The week has been a wash for exercise, so I just skipped to D3 yesterday to get some exercise in and got it down to 4:30. Still did some assisted pushups so I'll give it another go next week at L4.
Re: jselig log
Last weeks have been awful. No time to get a workout in, then starting a new diet and 3/4 of the fam. came down with some stomach bug.
Anyhow, I got back to L4D1 yesterday after two weeks of mostly nothing and only managed 25 rounds. I was pretty disappointed.

Re: jselig log
25 ain't bad! And that's infinitely more rounds than you'd have racked up if you'd bailed.
Re: jselig log
Been back into this the past couple of weeks weeks but not recording it here. I need to stay more committed.
21 rounds of L4D1 this week. A big disappointment. I did another round of higher reps and pull ups included as well as chin ups after the time ran out.
