I have been doing SimpleFit for a few days but have a few questions.
Even when I can do D3 under the time allotment, should I move on to the next level even if I still use a chair to help with pull-ups, or should I master the pull-up before moving on?
Same question with the push-ups. Sometimes I can get them in on my toes, but sometimes I resort to my knees.
Any advice is very appreciated!
