Hi everybody !
I started this program this week. I am a 34 years old male.
My objective is to lose some weight and be 'fit'.
21MAR2007-L1D1: 35 rounds
23MAR2007-L1D2: 3m28s
This is a *fun* workout that makes you look forward to the next one :)
Hey you ! Reading this message and wondering whether you should start : just do it right now ! You will have plenty of fun :) Well you might feel some pain in unexpected places like I did (do!) but it's worth it.
I would just add that I stretch afterwards, maybe it's just me but if I don't I feel all tight up the day after. I know this from experience...
Have fun !

Hi Sam ! Thank you, I appreciate :)
I have some experience with these exercises and I did some running these past weeks so it's not like I started from scratch.
Day 2 was almost frustrating after the exhausting first day !
I am looking forward to Day 3, I wonder if I'll be able to do all 10 pullups in one go...unlikely I would say. We'll see. I won't go to Level 2 before I manage to do that anyway.
Thanks again and have fun !

Ouch.....

I managed to do 5 correct pullups in a row, then had to stop and walk a bit, did 3 more good ones and finished with 2 not fully correct ones...
...then pushups and squats were easy.
10 pullups in a row ? I must have been dreaming
It's way too soon.
Anyway, I will stay a bit more at Level 1.

being more familiar with the three exercises helps ! And I used the two types of pullups : palms facing up and down.
I has been another demanding workout. I am happy overall with my current level of energy and also because I have been stretching every day.

L1D2, second take
30MAR2007-L1D2 : 2min39s
I used the same alternating technique for the pullups : palms up and down.
At this level at least, this is the easy day
Getting under 5 min must be *very* difficult as you progress though...
Kudos to the few guys who've already made it !

L2D1

I think I've used my energy more intelligently this time. For L1D1 I would sprint through the first rounds and really struggle by the end.
I have been stretching regularly and feel pretty good I would say !

I have noticed some improvement with the pullups. Pushups are still easy.
Now I wonder how Day 2 can be done under 5 min from Level 5, or even Level 4 with good form !?
I feel I am doing the pushups and squats as fast as I can already
