after a way to long time away from exercise i am finally back at it. Decided to start easy therefore started again at level one. also knew i ddnt want to suffer severe soreness so only did 10 minutes of D1
L1D1 10 minutes 16 rnds (I only did 15 for the full 20 minutes when i started SF last july)
L1D3 3'55" only 5 seconds short of my PB when i did L1 for a rest week in august.
overall am a bit suprised how much strngth i had retained over a 4 month lay off. I am way ahead of where i started last july.
