So Wednesday was L3D2 and that was a total of 196 seconds and a good feeling all through the rounds.

Today was L3D3 and I don't know what was in my milk this morning but I blasted through in 3:45 AND did 10 straight pullups, which I have never been able to do before :)

So on to lvl 4 with a big smile on my face!

I had to push L4D1 to today because of circumstances. I was pretty good but halfway through I was very dehydrated so the last half was...bad. Anyway the result was 23 reps so not all bad.

Today was L4D2 and it felt really good. Tried to focus on form to begin with, but ended up about mediocre on form. Good time though. Should try to improve on form.

Time: 244 seconds with the best round at 44,47, but to be honest the squats got sloppy 'cause I felt a good time on the horizon. Will try not to make a (bad) habit of this.

Hi all,
My progress has kept going this week. Today was L4D3 and I was squeezed through in 4:58. :D Am now wondering whether to progress or to do one more week on lvl 4 because of the close call. Input will be greatly appreciated.

Have shown poor discipline with caloric intake and nutrition this week..must remedy this in the coming days.

jolted, my personal approach is to stay on the same lvl for another week, especially if your time is marginally below 5 min's. two weeks ago i did L3D3 in just under 5 (had a rest week last week), and i'm repeating L3 again this week.

Hi all
@ Ruli: Thanks for the advice. And I ended up taking it and am doing lvl 4 again this week. I can't be sure I didn't loose form at the end to shave the last couple of seconds.

So today was lvl 4 again and I got 29 reps a PB by 6 reps! :D
Am a little nervous about the rest of the week because I'm coming of paternity leave tomorrow and am going back to work at the ICU.. Not looking forward to doing this on top of a shift, but maybe I'll prove myself wrong.

Well thursday was L4D2 and I finished every round in just around 45 secs and I mean just about. The time were something like: 45,2/45,3/44,9/45,1/45,2 but it felt good.

Sunday was L4D3 and I got it done in 4:28 :D. It paid of staying on at lvl4 and am now looking forward to lvl 5. :) Thanks for the advice Ruli. I might have skipped to lvl5 last week, but I feel more confident now.

I have had to push back today 'cause of work stress, but here goes:
Today was L5D1 and I managed a trembling, sweating, cursing 22 reps, which I'm very happy with!
