slower than the last time i did this. i did a circuit on wednesday that was tough and i think had some carry over.
the circuit consisted of:
1. man makers 5reps got this exercise from gymjones.com
2. tractor tire flip for 25 meters
3. tractor tire drag for 25 meters
4. 10 sledgehammer slams on a tire right side and 10 left side
5. total of 3 circuits (avg. around 2:40 per round) before rain and lighting drove me inside and finished off with single leg DL with BB, 135# load 3X3
