missed L7D1 so i started my workouts this week with L7D2.

clocked in at 6:11...this was pretty difficult. the last set of pull ups and push ups was a definate struggle.

i think it's safe to say L7 will take a few weeks if not longer...

ended last week with some frisbee tossing and football tossing with some running. did not do L7D3

this week started with the new WOW from mark's daily apple which consisted of:

50 meter run
10 push ups
10 squat jumps

as many rounds as you can get in 12 minutes.

completed 11 rounds in 11:55 on monday.

tuesday: DL 5X8 @ 275 lbs

Muay Thai training consisting of:

2 rds of jump rope
1 rd shadow boxing
3 rds of sparring
2 rds of pad work
2 rds of bag work
conditioning (bear crawl forward > 5 pushups > bear crawl backwards > 5 pushpus > crab walk forward > 5 pushups > crab walk backwards > 5 pushups > duck walk forward > 10 crunches > duck walk backwards > 10 crunches) not quite sure how long this was for but it was continous with no rest and extremely difficult.

footnote: 1 rd = 3 minutes

L7D2: completed in 5:39, shaved about 30 seconds off the previous effort.

L7D2: 6:13

slower than the last time i did this. i did a circuit on wednesday that was tough and i think had some carry over.

the circuit consisted of:
1. man makers 5reps got this exercise from gymjones.com
2. tractor tire flip for 25 meters
3. tractor tire drag for 25 meters
4. 10 sledgehammer slams on a tire right side and 10 left side
5. total of 3 circuits (avg. around 2:40 per round) before rain and lighting drove me inside and finished off with single leg DL with BB, 135# load 3X3

run 50M

completed 12 rounds in 11:53

wednesday did the circuit "diane" from crossfit:

DL 225#
hand stand push-ups
reps 21, 15, 9 for time

completed in 7:38

this was the first time i have done hand stand push-ups and they are hard, this whole circuit was hard.
