I did simplefit two years ago and stopped at level 3. Now I have not done any exersice for over a year and gone up 15 kg. So now I decided to start over
wiht simplefit program.
This time I am going to log my progress.
I have modified the simplefit program to not use levels. Instead I will increment repetitions according to below.
Day 1 Do as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes.
If I do more than 20 rounds, the exersice that is the bottleneck get one repetition added per round.
If I do less than 20 rounds I will increment the exersices that are not the bottle neck if I feel it is possible.
Day 2 Do 5 sets untimed..
Do 5 sets with same repetions each set. Keep repetitions so that I can do this.
Day 3 Right now I can not complete level 1 in 5 minutes. So keep as is. Except that I do sqauts as many as possible
in one set.
