Pfffffffff today my first simplefit session, this is going to hurt, i did 23 set in 20 minutes, those pull/chin-up things are killing, did good on the pushups and squats, strict form also with the chin/pullups.
i am long distance moutainbiker, 51years old, 80 kgs about 185 american pounds, simplefit looked like a good addon for my mountainbiking, lacking upperbody strength, and some added core strenght seems like a good idea also, o i live in the netherlands, i keep you guys and girls updated, greetings to y`all :-) Fonzie

L1: D2, 56 sec, 1.03, 1.05, 1.03, 1.00 min not bad at all in my opinion, still hurts a lot though.

L1 D3 6.09 pullups are killing they cost a lot of time to complete, squats and pushups were ok, needed two set to complete 21 pushup got stuck at 16, squats were no problem, so i am going to stay at level 1 for another week i guess.

Thanks Ruli, progress is made big time today, L1 D2 46, 48,48,47, 49 seconds, good form, 2 minutes rest in between, felt really good, hopefully day 3 next time under 5 minutes, that would be great, monday d-day.

L2 D1 little bit off day today, biking for 2 hours followed by simplefit is not a good combo for me, was very tired could only finish 20 sets, good form though on the brite site.

L2D2 went well, 57sec 1.01,57, 56, 59. all and all, pretty good i think, now time for diet review and setup winter training schedule for the mountainbike
