I started SimpleFit four weeks ago, but haven't posted until now, so here's what I have done so far:

L2D1 - 38
L2D2 - 4:30
L2D3 - 4:08

L3D1 - 25
L3D2 - 4:20
L3D3 - 5:57

L3D1 - 27
L3D2 - 3:50
L3D3 - 4:54

L4D1 - 27
L4D2 - 4:37
L4D3 - 7:15

L4D1 - 27 (earlier today)

I accidentally started on Level 2 my first week by reading the wrong line in the workout chart. Doesn't seem to have mattered though. Today was tough, though with this cold I've got coming on.

Definitely enjoying the program. It's not like other workouts I've done that have either strict schedules or ambiguous goals. I also seem to be improving more. I've increased my first pull-up set on D3 from 7 to 10 reps in four weeks after having stagnated around 7 reps in Sep. I think the small sets on D1 helped with that.

I was definitely feeling sore after last week's workouts.

Almost beet last week...

L5D1 - 21
L5D2 - 5:42 - Legs are beginning to feel it now
L5D3 - 10:24 - Took my time with pull-ups today, since those are (as usual) the hardest to get through
