Re: TBB-BBM
A time of +/- 9 minutes is what I always get when I level up (it's what I got today on my first Day 2 of Level 8), so I'll say it's a good place to start!
Re: TBB-BBM
Thanks Cheapo.
Before doing Day 3 I figured my time would be 8:30 + from the total time on day 2 and the fact that I was only able to get in 20 rounds on day 1. Subsequent weeks should see improvement.

Re: TBB-BBM
Level 5 Day 1 22 Sets so +2 from last week. Not bad. I held back a little at the beginning since I was smoked last week half way through so I think I had at least 3-6 more rounds that I could have put up. Good guide for next week--26 to 28 sets (I'm guessing I won't level up this week either).
Have a great day everyone.

Re: TBB-BBM
Level 5 Day 2 7:26---1:02 faster than last week. I probably will not level up this week, but I'll get closer. Have a great day everyone.
Re: TBB-BBM
L5 D3 8 minutes 41 seconds, so definite improvement over last week (9'28"). So I'll be repeating level 5 again (this is like Groundhog Day: "Keep doing it until you get it right.")
Ok, got to go do some sprints, then breakfast (eggs and bacon).
Have a great day all.

Re: TBB-BBM
Level 5 Day 1 - 23 sets, so +1 from last Monday and + 3 from the Monday before that, so the improvement is happening, slowly but surely.
Re: TBB-BBM
Level 5 Day 2 - 6 minutes 52 seconds. Not bad...I may still not level up on Saturday, but I should be closer.
Re: TBB-BBM
Level 5 Day 3: 7 Minutes 24 seconds...nice improvement over last week.

Re: TBB-BBM
You are improving on Level 5 quick.
Re: TBB-BBM
Yup. Feels really good. I think I'm going to take a rest week next week and step back to level 1 then see if I can get past level 5 the following week. Still working on the push ups and the pull ups. I have to be able to do more continuously to get past this level (I merely states the obvious...I think that is how you definte SF).
Re: TBB-BBM
Rest this week for me. First rest since 10/2010 on the exercise. I'll be back hard at it next week.
Re: TBB-BBM
Ok! Back on the SF horse after a week of pure rest.
Level 5 Day 1. 25 sets. I should be very close to leveling up this week.
Have a great day everyone.

Re: TBB-BBM
Level 5 Day 2 7:04..so actually a few secs slower than the last attempt...I'm not sure what that means? Better on day 1 but slower on day 2?
Ok, time for some sprints, I'm also experimenting with a few KB swings this AM.

Re: TBB-BBM
Level 5 Day 3: 6 Minutes 45 Seconds---so each attempt has been a bit better. (9:28; 8:41; 7:24; 6:45). Not bad!
The pull ups obviously need work (most I can manage on my first set is 10), but those are improving dramatically with SF---my pushups are a little weak...
Ok time for sprints then some KB swings.
