Level 5 Day1 21 Sets, so a bit less than last time. My 'head' wasn't completely in the game today.

Level 5 Day 3: 6 Minutes 14 Seconds...so I keep improving. Awesome. Still can't level up, but good progress. Next:

Sprints then some KB swings.

Next week: Rest week for SF (I'm doing 3 on, one off).

Level 5 Day 1 24 Rounds...so not bad coming off a rest week.

Level 5 Day 3 6:20, so a little slower than last week---feeling a little tired today. I'll keep at it until 5:00 or less happen.

Level 5 Day 1 28 sets (record for me). I've moved to a 1 on three off schedule...I just didn't feel sufficiently rested with a 1 on 1 off schedule. Have a great day all.
