So after a 4 month hiatus, I'm going to start the Simplefit workout again.
It's not that I have been inactive the past few months. My wife and I have ran a few 5k's and I have been running at least 3 times a week throughout the summer. I also switched to the Abs Diet workout using mostly dumbbells and have gained more lean muscle.
Well, it's time to switch the workouts again to keep my body guessing. Weight has stayed the same, 179, but I'm definitely more toned. Got the exercise part down, and now I just need to focus on eating right and losing the fat.
Starting at level 1 today and adjust from there next week. Glad to see there is a workout log available now! Thanks Kevin!
