First day trying this, here's how it went:
Ran for 20 minutes
L1 D1- made it 10 reps, took me about 5 minutes (I knew there was no way I could do pull ups for 20 minutes). Stopped because there was no way I could do more pull ups. Not sure if I'm doing the squats right as they seemed very easy. I alternated which direction my hands were for my pull ups.
I'm 5' 9", ~155 pounds, and I've always had a bit of a round belly, and I'm going to try this workout and make an effort to improve my diet substantially to try and get some abs and upper body strength. I played soccer for a long time and ran cross country in highschool, and I'm not in terrible shape but I think I'm getting to the point where it's now or never (I'm 19). I'm not too insecure, but I want to see if I can do it. If anyone sees this and has some tips/advice, I'd love to hear it.
