Day 11
L3 D2
6:21
40lbs help
Cheapo Thanks. The problem is the chin-up machine I use has increments of 15 pounds,That's why I went from 55-40
I moved up a level because my push-ups and squats are pretty good.
My pull-ups are coming ,the combination of losing wt and gaining strength.
Since jan 3rd I have lost 17 lbs, I still have about 30lbs more to go!!!
Thanks again.

To reduce assistance in 5lb increments, try adding 5lbs to your "weight" by strapping a 5lb dumbbell or plate to the knee pad on the pull-up machine.

No worries! the first un assisted pull up will be hard, but the grin will be big!

The rest come along far easier than the first!

Keep going!!
