10:07 grand total. I plan to continue on with Level 6 for some time until I get a bit more proficient. The time was, however, better then my L5D3 so I feel pretty good about that.
Last nights workout was parallette bars, although it was more handstand practice then workout but I also threw in L-sits and l-sits to handstand. Fairly light so I felt pretty good going into tonight.
Oh well..back to day one.
