iamme's goals/progress

I started simplefit yesterday. I'm a little over 5'11" around 160lb. I've been this way, skinny and weak, my whole life. My goals are to be functionally/generally fit hopefully gaining a few lbs of muscle so that my clothes fit a bit better. I've been doing a lot of research and it seems like simplefit is the easiest program for me to stick to (which has been my problem in the past, I start a program but don't stick with it for more than a few weeks). I am going to post some current pics here in the next day or so if that is ok.

thanks cheapo. i've seen your progress and it was a large influence on my choosing to do simplefit. I'll post pics tomorrow when my body isn't (slightly) pumped from my workout so that it looks more realistic.

Haha. I agree. I'll post pics tomorrow when my body is at its normal state (instead of right after a workout).

Haha.... Yeah, it is but I am travelling on business and will be back home on monday. I'll post then.

Huge benefit of doing simplefit. When travelling I just do door pullups (which I have been doing anyway since my pullup bar has not arrived) and you're set. No need to miss a workout.

Ok I don't have anyone with me to take my picture so I took one myself:
First week vs. 5 weeks in
While happy with the progress I can't help but wonder if I did not gain enough mass and am thinking of upping my food intake. Good idea?

Progress at 13 weeks.. Not bad I think. Most recent pic was taken on the rest day after day 2 of a take it easy week.
