I started simplefit yesterday. I'm a little over 5'11" around 160lb. I've been this way, skinny and weak, my whole life. My goals are to be functionally/generally fit hopefully gaining a few lbs of muscle so that my clothes fit a bit better. I've been doing a lot of research and it seems like simplefit is the easiest program for me to stick to (which has been my problem in the past, I start a program but don't stick with it for more than a few weeks). I am going to post some current pics here in the next day or so if that is ok.
