Howdy,

Ok I thought I'd post on here, I normally like to do things solo but, I think that's just me being too prideful ;)

Anyway I'm on Lvl 3 at the moment, though I'm going to have to repeat this level given today's performance...

I will start posting my logs on here from now...

Ok so last week was the 4th week so I didn't actually do the simplefit workout as I decided to make week 4 my "alternative" week. The thing being that I enjoy free weights and I have some at home so I thought I would like to do these every so often too.

Today was level three day one:

Level 3 Day 2 today: 4:22.

Much better than last week's performance but still feel I could do a little better, hoping for a good improvement on Friday though.

Massive improvement over the last one but still not as good as I know I can do. Looks like it's lvl 3 again next week :D

Was to be level 3 day 1 today but I'm completely stuffed up, have been all weekend, and barely slept last night, leaving it till tomorrow when hopefully I'll feel up to it.

Level 3 day 1:
25 rounds.

Not too fussed that this is 1 less than last week as I still wasn't feeling anywhere up to 100% today. Still had to do pull ups with hands a bit closer to normal as I could feel that having them as wide as I normally do (a la picture demonstration on this site) was going to tire me completely (did only 5 rounds of my normal pull-ups).
