I guess I'm a bit foggy on Day 2.
Did Level 6 this week.
Day 1 knocked off 25 rounds and I don't see being able to do more than that.
Day 2 worked through all the exercises in each of the five circuits without rest, but took 3 minutes between each circuit. I don't think I can improve the speed of each individual circuit much unless I start sacrificing form which I don't want to do.
Did day 3 in 9 minutes, but might be able to knock maybe 30 seconds or so off of that.
So I'm wondering if I should do Level 6 again and take less than the full 3 minutes between circuits (which I'm not sure if you're allowed to do or not), and try to knock a little time off of Day 3, or just move on to Level 7, which is a fairly big jump up. I'm sure I'm going to need to stay on 7 for awhile.
