OK: I am back. I turned my son (runamile21) onto this site and he has motivated me to try again. Yesterday I did L1D1 in our back yard. We have an old sturdy swingset with rings on a chain. I put a shovel through the rings and did body rows. I did 16 sets and could have done more but had a little trial and error with the rings and shovel. It worked well though. Today I did 5x5 squats (135, 155, 185, 205, 215, 225), push
press (45, 55, 65, 75, 85), could have done heavier but sore from L1D1,
DL (135, 155, 185) (see above excuse). Anyway, I plan on doing L1D2
tomorrow and then taking Thursday off. L1D3 on Friday and 5x5 again on Saturday. After my body adjust to these workouts and dietary changes which I am trying to make I will begin interval cardio work. I am determined and with my son doing it I think I will stick with it.
Help me out. Too ambitious? Not enough?
