Boosted's Log

Postby boosted » Wed Aug 24, 2011 8:45 am

Recently started SimpleFit as a way to stay active, and hopefully achieve better fitness, as a new dad. Sometimes certain events in life prevent you from going to the gym, or spending countless hours working on yourself, and I believe SimpleFit is an answer to that issue.

So far I have done L1D1 and L1D2. The results are below:

L1D1
30 rounds in 20 minutes
This was a fast paced cardio workout for sure, and left me panting and sweaty. Felt like a GREAT workout.

L1D2
5 rounds in 3:45.
Pretty good workout, felt good to do more than one pullup in a set for the first time ever. But I ask you guys, is 3:45 too quick to finish this in?

L2D1
30 round in 20 minutes
I love day one of the simple fit workout! It's a cardio workout, and it really get the heart pumping! Plus it forces me to do a massive number of reps in total! Like today I did 30 pullups, 90 pushups, and 120 squats!

5 rounds in 4:17!

After over a month hiatus from simplefit, I jumped in where I left off. I will redo L4 next week, but I wanted to see how my time today compared to over a month ago. I smashed it! Happy to say i'm back with simplefit!

Welcome back. That's a terrific time! You must have been doing more than just sitting around the past month.
