Recently started SimpleFit as a way to stay active, and hopefully achieve better fitness, as a new dad. Sometimes certain events in life prevent you from going to the gym, or spending countless hours working on yourself, and I believe SimpleFit is an answer to that issue.
So far I have done L1D1 and L1D2. The results are below:
30 rounds in 20 minutes
This was a fast paced cardio workout for sure, and left me panting and sweaty. Felt like a GREAT workout.
5 rounds in 3:45.
Pretty good workout, felt good to do more than one pullup in a set for the first time ever. But I ask you guys, is 3:45 too quick to finish this in?
