I have been doing simplefit for 4 weeks. I have reduced my D3 time by 50% and my D1 reps are up about 40%. I feel like I could add a few more pushups, and the squats I could easily increase. The problem is, I can't do a single pullup - I do them all assisted (standing on a bench). Should I keep going on L1 until I can meet the pullup quota, or just keep moving forward to L2?
