L7D1 - 13 sets with 16 lb. vest

I think I managed to do one more set than usual with the rest week I had. Good stuff.

I made the mistake of doing this workout at the end of my fast 5 diet, like right before my first meal of the day. Without enough sleep the night before and no food in my system, I had a really hard time and had to stop after 3 sets.

Not going to do that again.

L7D1 - 14 reps without vest.

I forgot what I did for L7D3. I took a bit of a break from the traditional workout and did a lot of greasing the groove and whatnot. Getting back into the swing of things again.
