I've been looking to get in fit, and this seems like a good plan to follow to get me in shape, after I finish this program I plan to do starting strength and attempt to learn the beast skills. Edit: I should mention that I'm doing standard pullups, palms away on a total gym. L1D1: 22 Rounds.
I too am worried about leveling up with low rounds. I do not have much endurance and I killed myself on L1D1. I am thinking of taking it a bit easier. 18 rounds is great! I bet your times are going to be better than you think on D2 and 3.
