So, I had a bad week previous to this one, no simplefit at all, diet went south. Pulled things back a bit this week, I think the rest maybe even did me some good.

I'm going back up to L2 from next week.
Next week will be interesting. I'm shifting from a Mon-Wed-Fri routine to Tues-Thurs-Sat. This is because I do pilates on Wednesday and swimming on Friday and it is, for now, too hectic a day. I'm also trying to add in an extra pilates session on Monday. This way I'll be doing some form of exercise everyday but Sunday.
