I just want to know if someone out there is using a better interval timer than the one I am currently using. I am currently using this one:

If someone has a better one please share. I like that one because it's online and I like the audio feedback it gives me when I start a different workout. I like to focus more on my workouts than than the time itself.

I currently use a Timex Ironman watch, but I'm thinking of upgrading to one of these or a Gymboss http://www.amazon.com/Everlast-Interval ... B004OA2JME

I second this suggestion. I recently downloaded apps which do the same thing so I can workout anywhere.

Gymboss is probably the best interval timer on the market. I have one and I love/hate it. LOL

I'm using this Android app called Impetus https://play.google.com/store/apps/deta ... etus&hl=en
I use it for warming-up, stretching and for timing day 1.
It hangs from time to time but when it works it's just fine.

I have been using Seconds on my iPhone:
http://www.secondsapp.com/

It lets you create custom timers with rest and work intervals, warm-ups and cool-downs, can play music during your intervals and more. Also, it can be started and paused by tapping anywhere on the screen.
