1. Do I do the three different "days" (e.g. the entire Level 1) three times a week? Or do I do Level 1 Day 1 on the first day, Level 1 Day 2 on the second day, Level 1 Day 3 on the third day, etc?
2. I live in a dorm at a university (with a roommate) and don't have access to a gym or anything like that. Where is the best place to work out?
