L1D1: 12 reps
Substituted pull-ups with 1-leg assisted pull ups x3.
It's still hard, but not as hard as working out in the morning for me.
I just keep telling myself "be patient".

Nice to see yuo are coming back to this. Nice one. Stick at it. I'm just starting out. Its Day 2 for me :)
