I've been doing the simplefit workouts for a few weeks, usually going 6-on, 1-off, with a few breaks for out-of-town visits. I've been doing the diet also on and off; on when I eat at home, off when I dine out with friends.

I'm 42 years old, male, 5'9", currently 158 lbs (I started at 165 a few weeks back). I precede every workout with a two mile run and follow it up with additional ab and back work.

Today was L4D3, time 9:15. My two-mile run time was 16:35, which is my usual time.

Just watch the tendinitis with that type of frequency.

Today I did my 2-mile run in 16:08, my best in recent years. From that I took about a two-minute break and went into my first time up at a L5D2 workout. That took me 19:19 to finish (compared to 9:00 for my L4D2 workout last week).

Oh, and I took off Tuesday and Thursday off this week and my elbow does feel better.

Great work! If the elbow bugs you ice the effected area for 20-30 min at a time.

2-mile run: 15:16 :mrgreen:
L5D1: 15 sets
Followed up by three sets of eight reps of bench presses (110lbs) intermixed with flutter kicks.

Prior to this I had taken four days off.

Followed by weighted situps and some shoulder work.
