Hey all, I'm not new to workout routines but I have been out of it for awhile. I'm former Air Force so no problem really motivating myself to workout no a normal basis. I just moved from an apartment with Gym access to a house with no equipment so I wanted to get a routine that was still a good challenge while being light on equipment.
I build muscle easily, but I also gain weight in general easy too.
L1D1 Height: 5'9" Weight: 95kg
16 rounds in 20 minutes.
I have some weight to burn off so I I jumped and held my pullups pyramid style. hopefully I will be able to do full pull ups by next week.
