I know it has been a long time, but I am trying to get started on Simplefit again. Last time I only managed to do ~2 months or so before losing consistency, so going to give it another try.
W1 L1D1 - 32 rounds. Felt pretty good, maybe even could squeeze in another round or two; however, this put me out of commission for the rest of the week.
Will start with W2 L1D2 tomorrow.
Last time I began SF I started on Day 2 and as someone who does little upper body exercises, I think it helped acclimate me more gently to the program so I never felt like I needed to skip a day for recovery. This time, in the days following, any strain or attempt to do light exercises and I felt like I was going to actually damage my body up until yesterday.
