Started this week on this. I'm trying to get in better shape and have been eating mostly primal for three years now. I am 5'11" and weight 165.

Been busy over the past week so it has been hard to get workouts in. Managed day 3 though and some running.

After running the Warrior Dash in October I haven't done much of anything. I started this again today and can hopefully keep it going this time.
