Tabata squats would have been the death of me last night.
I went to do the WOD from xfit :shock:
5 rounds for time
400 meter run
30 thrusters with 65#
I knew i was in trouble after the first set, but i thought i could get it done. First round 6 minutes, second round about 7 minutes and started the run on the 3rd round and got 1/2 way through it and my legs just stopped!
So instead of totally killing myself, i stopped. I am putting in 14 minutes for this and my hammies are sore as carp, but a good sore, they haven't felt this way ever and i love it. Today is going to be a total rest day for me. I was contemplating playing hockey tonight, but i am not.
