Day 1, L1:

I died.

34yrs, 94kg and out of shape. I need to start from level -1.

I only made 6 rounds, using the substitute pull ups... gave up at the 13 min mark due to not maintaining even some resistance on the pull ups and press ups.

Welcome!

Many have started at that same place. Take it slow and careful at the beginning. Next week shoot for 6 or 7 rounds. You'll see the progress.
