Well, today starts my first workout. I quickly realized that I am much fatter then I used to be and maybe a little weaker. In high school I could do 10 pull ups with no problem, today I learned I could barely do 1. So today, I spent my entire workout jumping up and slowly letting my self down, instead of the traditional pull up. All in all, I got in 29 rounds in 20 minutes. I didn't take much rest in between rounds, just long enough to write it down.
We will see how this goes. Right now I am 36 years old at 6'2" and I weighed in at 235 lbs. If I can stick with it, this will be a fun ride.
