I really enjoy the simplefit routine as it is easy to understand and doesn't take much time. However, I was wondering if I am working out enough. Day 1 is the 20 minutes, Day 2 takes me between 5 and 10 minutes, and day three a little over 5 minutes. I realize that day 2 and 3 will change and eventually take more time as the levels increase but still, that doesn't amount to much time spent each week. I was just wondering the explanation for that.
Thanks!
Craig

Re: Time Working Out
I think you will find that a five minute workout, if done at maximal effort, is highly effective. It seems counterintuitive at first and flies in the face of traditional training regimen. Just keep at it with the right intensity and you'll see good thing happen.

Re: Time Working Out
Craig,
Within a month of starting with recommended routing, I increased day 2 to two sets and day 3 to 3 sets. My idea was to do, at least, as much as I did on day 1. I am happy with that approach. My routine is:
D1 max reps in 20 mins
D2 as recommended by SF but with 2 min rest between rounds and 10 rounds instead of 5
D3 as recommended by SF but 3 rounds with 6 mins of rest between rounds.
When I do extra rounds, I am doing it purely for exercise and they usually take longer than the recommended rounds.
