I am a martial artist and I have enough off all these forums with their heavy weightlifting routines. I know this site for long way back, before I felt into the trap off training with heavy weights again.
I am getting a little bit older now and I have decided that I dont need all these heavy stuff, so I want to go back to bodyweight again and I know that Simplefit has great workouts.
But I dont know were I can find these workouts, can someone point me the way to them?
Because if I remember it right there were beginners workouts, advanced etc. but I dont know for sure.
And do you have maybay more advice for me as martial artist? I mean, how often to train etc. etc.
Any advice would be more then welcome, and I realy like to make a start with the workouts off Simplefit (sorry for my bad Englisch, I am from the Netherlands).
I want to gain some strength, endurance etc to translate to my martial arts training, so I dont have to look like a bodybuilder, but just look compact and strong without bulky muscles.
